The best newsletter in the dairy business
The Dairy & Food Market Analyst is a weekly e-letter available by subscription. Each week, emerging trends, new developments, milk supply, dairy demand and dairy product price dynamics are presented in a highly readable three-page newsletter.

This newsletter is published each and every Friday after the dairy cash and futures markets close and is considered the best newsletter in the USA dairy business with a 23 year track record.

As we track supply, demand and price trends from the cow to the consumer, it all starts with milk production in the USA and worldwide. How many cows are in the milking herd? How much milk are they each producing? What's the trend? When will it change? What are dairy farmers experiencing? How much product is in inventory? How are export sales? What are retailers seeing? Read the Dairy & Food Market Analyst every week and stay on top of the situation.

Our analysis starts with a careful review of data published by USDA and international agencies, in addition to proprietary data sources. Then we talk to contacts throughout the industry, from farm to fork, to understand the situation beyond the published numbers. Subscribe to the Dairy & Food Market Analyst for our perspective and forecast.

Beginning in 2007, the dairy industry largely deregulated and as a consequence, European dairy prices became affected by dairy market fundamentals in the USA. For the first time, the dairy market became "Global".

For example: Now, when USA dairy product prices are below European prices, it becomes a challenge for the region to export product. On the contrary, when USA prices are at a premium, there is an opportunity for the European manufacturers to export more product. Thus, there is significant value in understanding USA market dynamics. The first manufacturer to see changes coming, can be the first to move and profit.

Furthermore, raw milk prices are now affected by the USA market. Beginning with the farmer, to the processor, to the retailer and restaurateur. all our now affected by USA supply and demand. There is value for all along the chain in understanding the situation.

What we offer: In an easy-to-read and short (just 3 pages), participants can get an "on-the-ground" understanding of current USA market fundamentals and projections into the future. We use both public and proprietary sources to provide research and analysis that can be found nowhere else. We also have a track record of 23 years with many multi-national corporations as subscribers.
