Research and Markets can ship to virtually any address in the world. The majority of our products are dispatched electronically. Hardcopy orders, such as books, binders, newsletters, software or CD-ROMS may be dispatched by mail or courier. Hardcopy orders incur an additional shipping charge.
When you place an order with Research and Markets, we endeavour to deliver the product as soon as possible. Electronic delivery is always the fastest option; the majority of electronic information products are generally dispatched within 1 business day (unless otherwise specified on our website). Hardcopy products are generally dispatched from the EU or the US, and delivery to some markets may be delayed through local carriers, and local customs. Where possible we encourage clients to order products electronically.

The nature of the information being sold means that Research and Markets cannot accept returns of products once they have been dispatched.
Events may be cancelled due to commercial or organizational reasons. In this case Research and Markets will refund all registration fees which have already been paid.
