About Snus

Snus is a form of smokeless tobacco that undergoes a special manufacturing process. Snus is steam-pasteurized, unlike the dipping tobacco which is fire-cured. Swedish food regulations, which apply to the manufacturing of snus, limit the permitted amounts of certain components in snus products. Swedish snus differs from American snus only in packaging, as the former comes in both loose and portion form while the latter comes only in portions.
