Dr. Bhim Pratap Singh, Assistant Professor in the Department of Biotechnology, Aizawl, Mizoram University, India, has more than 8 years of research experience in the field of molecular microbiology, DNA fingerprinting and biocontrol of plant diseases, biosynthetic potential of actinobacteria associated with medicinal plants. He has worked for last 8 years on microbial diversity and explored the microbial population associated with medicinal plants and rhizospheric soils of Mizoram. He completed four research projects on screening and characterization of endophytic actibacteria and fungi associated with medicinal plants and the rhizospheric soils funded by University Grants Commission, Government of India and Indian Council Agricultural Research, Government of India, New Delhi. Recently, his group isolated and characterise about 150 actinobacteria having biosynthetic potential isolated from traditional medicinal plants. Dr. Singh's group has also focused on understanding the chemical composition traditional medicinal plants. In 2015-16, the group published 15 international and national research papers in high impact factor journals. Vijai Kumar Gupta Professor, AgroBioSciences (AgBS) and Chemical and Biochemical Sciences (CBS) Department, Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (UM6P), Benguerir, Morocco. Vijai K. Gupta has previously worked as- Senior Scientist, ERA Chair VALORTECH, Estonian University of Life Sciences, Estonia; Senior Scientist, ERA Chair Green Chemistry, Tallinn Technical University, Estonia and Senior Researcher, Molecular Glycobiotechnology Group Department of Biochemistry. NUI Galway Ireland. Currently, he working as Professor (Associate) of Biochemistry at UM6P University, Morocco. Dr. Gupta's present work is focused on the development and optimization of novel enzyme-based bioconversion systems for biorefining and bioenergy, bioactive natural products and biomass to bioproduct valorisation using microbial technologies. He has 122 publications with h-index 36 and RG Score 41.25 Ajit Kumar Passari Postdoctoral Scientist, Instituto de Investigaciones Biomedicas, Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Mexico (UNAM), Mexico. Dr. Ajit Kumar Passari working as Postdoctoral Scientist in Instituto de Investigaciones Biomédicas, Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM), México. Dr. Passari has more than eight years of research experience in the fields of Clinical, Genomics, Bioactive Compound Production, Agricultural Biotechnology, Plant-Microbe Interactions, Natural Product Isolation, PGPR, and biocontrol effect in crop plants. Dr. Passari obtained a doctorate in Biotechnology from the Department of Biotechnology, Mizoram University, India. Dr. Passari has published more than 50 publications in different reputed international and national journals along with many edited books published with Elsevier, Springer, etc. and he has also filled many patents in India.
