The key proceedings of the 31st International Congress of Psychology, which took place in July 2016 in Yokohama, Japan, will be published by Wiley in 2017. ICP2016 attracted over 8,000 participants from around the globe to hear and deliver presentations across a wide range of topics, reflecting the Congress theme and Proceedings title Diversity in Harmony: Insights from Psychology. Diversity in today s world, in all its many forms, can be seen as both problematic and beneficial. Exploring strategies to enable coexistence without discord formed the basis of ICP2016. The Proceedings are organized in 2 volumes. The first volume contains Part 1 ( Psychology Approaching New Synergies ) and Part 2 ( Psychology Gaining Strength in Asia ), while the second volume contains Part 3 ( Psychology Confronting Societal Challenges and Part 4 ( Psychology Contributing to Mental Health ).
