15 January 2019: Lumex instruments launched Mercury monitor RA-915AM with a new multiplexer for the solidification plant in Almaden, Spain. The Mercury Technological Center has developed a technique of stabilization and solidification of mercury and mercury wastes. The RA-915AM monitor with the 8-line multiplexer will be used to control process gases to avoid mercury emissions into the atmosphere during plant operation.
29 June 2018: Tekran Instruments Corporation launched a New MerPAS Sampler. It is a Passive Air Sampler developed by the company for providing its customers with a simple device for measuring mercury in a wide range of environments from background ambient air to highly contaminated sampling locations. It is best for locations not requiring high-resolution data, or for the location with greater spatial coverage is needed to compliment a single location high-resolution mercury monitor.
