MEC - C7 signalling systems
Provides a detailed treatment of the principles and operation of C7 signalling systems as used in fixed and mobile telephony systems. This course has 8 modules within it, with an approximate study time of 9 hours.

MED - VoIP systems
Describes the functional components and operation of public telephony systems based on the Internet Protocol (IP) with emphasis on those employing an IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) in a next-generation network. This course has 6 modules within it, with an approximate study time of 7 hours.

MEE - Video principles for engineers
Introduces the fundamentals of video capture, compression, storage and transmission. This course has 7 modules within it, with an approximate study time of 9 hours.

MEF - Video over IP
Discusses the technical aspects of providing a television over IP (IPTV) service. This course has 6 modules within it, with an approximate study time of 8 hours.

TCF - Hybrid fibre coax systems
Describes the operation, components and capabilities of hybrid fibre coax cable systems with reference to the provision of television, video on demand and broadband services. This course has 4 modules within it, with an approximate study time of 4 hours.
