Federal Biosecurity Subsidies for Hatchery Upgrades

Cabinet Resolution No. 134 of 2023, which governs the export of aquatic life, includes a provision for a 50% capital-expenditure subsidy. Administered by the Ministry of Climate Change and Environment, this subsidy supports hatchery modernization, broodstock quarantine facilities, and polymerase chain reaction diagnostic equipment.
