Class 1 textiles basically have a flame spread time of>7 seconds, and it is acceptable for use in apparel. Class 2 textiles have a flame spread time is about 4 to 7 seconds used to make gloves, footwear, and hats, where the flame-resistant factor is not obligatory to meet these standards. Class 3 textiles have a flame spread time of about 3.5 seconds so they are not good for manufacturing baby apparel. The baby clothing market is largely driven by rising demand for the branded apparel. Factors like increasing income and changing lifestyle of the people are also contributing to the growth of the baby apparel market on a larger scale. Nowadays, parents want their kids to wear the current trending clothes and thus brand preference for baby clothing has increased and it contributed to the major market trend in recent years.
