Overview:

Understanding Personality Types for the Sake of Better Care helps healthcare personnel appreciate that while people are different, everyone usual has some common ground. A person’s special strengths and qualities, personality traits, thinking and learning styles allow a provider to achieve greater outcomes that directly affect a patient’s medical care.

Why you should Attend:

How would it feel to closely engage with nearly all patients? Of course, perfection is nearly impossible, but near perfection is what most people in healthcare strive for. Realizing those aspects of personality is key, but understanding how to use that knowledge is priceless.

Even though understanding personality is the key to unlocking the human qualities that relate to how people behave, it is a patient's own personality traits that underpin their own behaviors. Simply put, people very rarely set out to create a hostile environment, instead they are triggered by words that cause them to get upset.

If a provider can develop an understanding of a patient's personality typology, personality traits, thinking and learning styles, then they also hold the key to motivating patients.

If you've ever wondered how to best relate to a patient, this course is a must!

Areas Covered in the Session:

But even though understanding personality is the key to unlocking the human qualities that relate to how people behave, it is also a patient's own personality traits that underpin their own behaviors. Simply put, people very rarely set out to create a hostile environment, instead they are triggered by words that cause them to get upset.

If a provider can develop an understanding of a patient's personality typology, personality traits, thinking and learning styles, then they also hold the key to motivating patients.

Being able to identify personality types quickly can also help you exert your own influence, improve relationships, communicate more effectively, and achieve success in delivering care to patients. Consequently, education directed to health care personnel about personality traits becomes increasingly important.

Join us to increase awareness, remove barriers, and coordinate meaningful health outcomes by understanding personality types.
