Once you attract them, they need to be happy, productive, and stay with your organization; or you can’t meet your business objectives. Increasingly job candidates are evaluating the culture and work-life characteristics of an organization before they even consider taking a job. Can you attract and retain the right people if you aren’t looking after their well-being?
