Chocolate needs no introduction. It is a food product made from roasted and ground cacao pods that is available as a liquid, solid or paste, on its own or as a flavoring agent in other foods. Chocolate is a rich source of fiber and antioxidant. Chocolate can be milk chocolate, dark chocolate or white chocolate. Milk chocolate contains 2.1gms of fiber as compared to 10gms in dark chocolate per 100gms. Dark chocolate contains 29gms sugar whereas milk chocolate contains 56gms sugar per 100gm.
