This latest edition has around 3000 sites on it showing the distribution of the major manufacturing sites in Europe.
Each site is shown by location together with the company name and a symbol indicating the type of manufacturing activity carried out at that site. (Proprietary, Generic, APIs, Vaccines, Veterinary, Contract manufacturers and CDMOs and some natural and nutritional manufacturing sites). Most of the sites are EU or FDA-approved. The database behind the map is also available.
A further database is available detailing all premises in Europe that have been inspected by the EMA or FDA for Good Manufacturing Practice.
