Scope
- In March 2023, UBS signed an agreement to acquire Credit Suisse in a deal valued at CHF3 billion ($3.3 billion). The acquisition will further strengthen UBS’s position as the leading global wealth and asset manager, increasing the group’s total invested assets to $5 trillion.
 - UBS is focusing on growth in the US and Asia-Pacific markets, introducing new digital wealth platforms for advisors and clients. In October 2022, it launched WE.UBS, a digital wealth management platform for affluent clients in China.
