The EMA also approved Staquis (crisaborole) to treat adults and children from 2 years of age with mild to moderate AD, in March 2020.

Drug Summary
EUCRISA (crisaborole) is a non-steroidal phosphodiesterase-4 (PDE4) inhibitor indicated for the topical treatment of mild-to-moderate AD in patients 2 years of age and older. It is currently available as a 2% ointment.
