The Lithuanian legislation distinguishes between industrial hemp (grown for fibre hemp) and cannabis. The distinction between hemp and cannabis is made by the concentration of THC, which cannot exceed 0.3% in industrial hemp. Therefore, cannabis can be considered any plant which presents a THC concentration of above 0.3%.
