During the Winter Semester of 2021, Bavaria, Hesse, and Berlin were among the states with a student population, leading to many students entering the student accommodation market.

Similarly, for other countries of Hamburg, Munich, Frankfurt, and Stuttgart, the average cost ranges from USD[(1043.12-1463),(1,420-1,902),(1,526-1,530) and (1005.21-1,383)] respectively in the year 2021.
