More and more attorneys, particularly attorneys focusing on divorce, are complaining about how difficult it is to work with their colleagues. Too many of us believe that we are providing good representation by provocative and scorched earth behavior. This negative approach is out of favor with judges, the colleagues and, in today's environment, with the clients as well. This has to end.

This seminar begins the process to improve the way we treat each other and practice law. The program focuses on ways to successfully deal with this destructive behavior. We discuss ways to expediate discovery and hasten resolution. We learn together how to neutralize vitriolic and recalcitrant behavior of opposing counsel. We review different ways to avoid hostility and nastiness, while at the same time, reaching resolution and maintaining your good reputation.
