The program explores three different scenarios where divorce, capacity, and estate planning intersect with each other in different ways, and highlights aspects of each scenario that may require creative options for progressing through the divorce process-with special consideration for the impact of the divorce on the party's estate planning. The three scenarios include someone with minor children, someone retired or close to retirement age, and someone with degenerative issues causing variability in capacity over time.
