Learn how to protect yourself from the impact toxicity can have on your mental and physical health.

Because of their profession, employees in Human Resources are of-ten on the receiving end of the toxic emotions of their co-workers. HR professionals sometimes make decisions that their coworkers don’t like, they are often the bearer of bad news, they are the receiver of complaints, and they are the shoulder that employees cry on. As such, their mental and physical health can be at risk if they don’t know how to protect themselves from such toxicity. This course provides information on how to do so.
