The total number of sponsors has decreased from 2024 (65) to 2025 (54). As a result, sponsorship revenue dropped from an estimated $48.62 million (2024) to $36.1 million in 2025.

The total prize money for this year’s Giro d’Italia that was distributed throughout the 21 stages was €1,600,000 ($1,856,480). The winner of each stage received €11,000 ($12,896) in prizes.
