The Giro d’Italia 2025 generated an estimated $36.1 million in sponsorship revenue, according to the analyst.​ Banca Mediolanum, a financial service company had the largest sponsorship deal with the 2025 Giro d’Italia, worth an estimated $10.5 million across three years. ​The following two largest sponsors in terms of annual deal value were IUMAN who paid $3 million to sponsor the pink jersey and CONAD who sponsored the White Jersey in a 3-year deal worth an estimated $7.5 million, $2.5 million annually. ​The total number of sponsors has decreased from 2024 (65) to 2025 (54). As a result, sponsorship revenue dropped from an estimated $48.62 million (2024) to $36.1 million in 2025.​

The total prize purse for the race winner Simon Yates was estimated to have been €265,668 ​($308,334). The total prize money for this year’s Giro d’Italia that was distributed throughout the 21 stages was €1,600,000 ($1,856,480). The winner of each stage received €11,000 ($12,896) in prizes. ​Prize money for the Giro d’Italia is distributed for the following classifications: overall winners, best youth racer, king of the mountains (KOM), and team classification.​​
