Sector sales posted a CAGR of 1.6% during 2019-24, while the number of transactions recorded a negative CAGR of 0.9% during the same period, largely due to travel restrictions and operational constraints during the pandemic. FSR was the largest channel in Finland in 2024, accounting for a 32.5% share of total sales, followed by QSR with 25.3%. Supported by the rise in tourist footfall, accommodation recorded the highest value CAGR of 2.7%, followed closely by QSR with a CAGR of 2.6%. During 2024-29, the foodservice profit sector will register a value CAGR of 3.4%, reaching EUR9.6 billion ($10.5 billion) in revenue.
