The book elaborates on bioreactors from molecular level enzymes, to microbial, plant, animal and human cells and tissue and organs, and provides sustainable applications in industrial, environmental and health sectors. As such, the book bridges the gap between the Engineering Sciences and Technology and Health Sciences areas.
