Amin Hammad Full Professor, Concordia Institute for Information Systems Engineering, Gina Cody School of Engineering and Computer Science, Concordia University, Montreal, QC, Canada.

Dr. Amin Hammad is a Full Professor at the Concordia Institute for Information Systems Engineering (CIISE). He obtained his bachelor's degree (with highest honor) from Damascus University, Syria, in 1986, and his master's and PhD from Nagoya University, Japan, in 1990 and 1993, respectively, all in civil engineering. He is the Director of the Cyber-Physical Construction and Infrastructure Systems Lab and the Associate Director of the Center of Innovation in Infrastructure Engineering and Management (CICIEM) at Concordia University. Prior to joining Concordia, he held faculty and visiting positions at Nagoya University, Carnegie Mellon University, the University of Pittsburgh, and the University of Tokyo. His research is recognized internationally in the areas of automation in construction and infrastructure management systems using advanced methods in remote sensing, simulation, optimization, machine learning, and robotics. Dr. Hammad has also collaborated on several successful research projects with industry. He was the Graduate Program Director at CIISE and the first Research and Education Director at CanBIM (now called Building Transformations). He is currently on the BOD of the International Association for Automation and Robotics in Construction (IAARC).

Kelechukwu Tersoo Genger Post-doc Researcher, Concordia Institute for Information Systems Engineering, Gina Cody School of Engineering and Computer Science, Concordia University, Montreal, QC, Canada. Dr. Kelechukwu T. Genger is an accomplished academic with expertise in machine learning, multicriteria decision-making, optimization, and geographic information systems (GIS). He obtained his bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Near East University, Turkey, in 2009. He earned his MSc in Computing Information Systems from the esteemed Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, Scotland, UK. Recently, Dr. Kelechukwu earned a PhD in Computer and Information Systems at Concordia University, with a focus on decision-making for the sustainable placement of underground utility infrastructure assets. Dr. Genger is currently a post-doctoral researcher at Concordia University. Prior to this, he was a lecturer at the Joseph Sarwuan Tarkaa University, Makurdi, Nigeria.
