Alireza Nouri RMIT University, Australia. Dr Alireza Nouri is a materials engineer specializing in biomaterials and biomanufacturing. He joined RMIT University as a research fellow in 2020. He received his PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from Deakin University in 2009. Dr Nouri also has 6 years of hands-on experience, working in materials- and biomedical-based industrial sectors. His research interests encompass metallic and polymeric biomaterials, additive manufacturing, porous structures, orthotics, light-metal alloys, and powder metallurgy. Alireza is an editorial board member for Smart Materials in Manufacturing as well as Frontiers in Metals and Alloys Anahita Rohani Shirvan Deakin University, Australia. Anahita Rohani Shirvan is in the final year of her PhD in materials science and engineering at Deakin University, Australia. She holds MSc and BSc degrees. For the past 8 years, Anahita has dedicated herself to extensive research on the utilization of polymer-based materials for biomedical purposes. Her research interests encompass natural and synthetic biopolymers, biotextiles, additive manufacturing, and implants.
