Amit Sata Professor, Mechanical Engineering and Associate Dean, Marwadi University, India. Dr. Amit Sata is a highly experienced professional with over 20 years of academic and industrial experience. He is currently a professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Marwadi University and heads the Innovation & Entrepreneurship Cell. Dr. Sata is the founder of Udhyog 4.0, a startup focused on transforming existing manufacturing enterprises into SMART manufacturing enterprises using indigenous hardware and software at an affordable cost. He has received a seed fund of 20 lacs from the Government for this initiative. Dr. Sata has filed over 45 IPRs, with 14 already commercialized. His research interests include AI, Data Analytics, and Metaverse applied to manufacturing engineering. He has published over 50 research papers and won several best paper awards. Dr. Sata has secured grants for various research projects and skill enhancement initiatives. He is actively involved in committees related to AI, Digital Twin, IoT, and is a member of industry organizations. Dr. Sata has received awards for his innovations and commitment to indigenous product development in India. Yuri Nikolaychik Associate Professor, Machinery and foundry technology, The Faculty of Mechanics and Technology, Belarusian National Technical University, Belarus. Dr. Yuri Nikolaychik, a graduate of the department "MiTLP" MTF 2006, has been working at the department since 2006 and teaching since 2011. Since April 2018, he has served as the Vice-Rector of the BNTU for Academic Affairs, Deputy Chairman of the Association of Foundry Workers and Metallurgists of the Republic of Belarus, Deputy Editor-in-Chief and a member of the editorial board of the magazine "Casting and Metallurgy," as well as a member of the Council of BNTU. His research interests include the theory and technology of the mold, auxiliary molding materials, and modeling of foundry processes, with about 80 scientific and educational works published. Dr. Nikolaychik gives lectures on disciplines such as "Fundamentals of Applied Mechanics of Foundry" and "CAD of technological processes, tooling, and equipment," and supervises diploma design, student research work, and the training of undergraduates and graduate students. Kapil Gupta Full Professor, Mechanical and Industrial Engineering Technology, University of Johannesburg, Johannesburg, Republic of South Africa. Prof. Kapil Gupta is a Full Professor in the Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering Technology at the University of Johannesburg, South Africa, and a Visiting Professor at Cracow University of Technology, Krak�w, Poland. He holds a Ph.D. in mechanical engineering with a specialization in advanced manufacturing, a master's in computer-integrated manufacturing, and a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. He has more than fifteen years of professional academic and research experience. His research interests include advanced machining processes, sustainable manufacturing, precision engineering, and industry 4.0. Prof. Gupta is a recognized researcher by the National Research Foundation of South Africa and an active member of various professional engineering institutions. He has authored and edited 20 international books on hybrid machining, advanced gear manufacturing, micro and precision manufacturing, spark erosion machining, and sustainable manufacturing.
