Ravindra Nanda Professor Emeritus Department of Orthodontics University of Connecticut Health Center Farmington, Connecticut, USA. Dr. Ravindra Nanda is professor emeritus and was Head of the Department of Craniofacial Sciences and Chair of the Division of Orthodontics at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine. He was part of the founding faculty of School of Dental Medicine and was at the University of Connecticut since 1972 where he also holds an Alumni Chair in the Orthodontics Division. He is an innovator of various appliances in orthodontics. His research and clinical interests include adolescent and adult orthodontics, the biology of tooth mobility, craniofacial orthopedics, biomechanics, and developing efficient mechanics to deliver orthodontic care. Tommaso Castroflorio Department of Surgical Sciences, Specialization School in Orthodontics Dental School, University of Torino,Torino, Italy. Dr. Tommaso Castroflorio is a researcher and aggregate professor of the Chair of Orthodontics and of the postgraduate Specialization School in Orthodontics at the University of Torino Dental School. His research interests are focused on aligner orthodontics, biology of orthodontic tooth movement and masticatory muscles physiology. He is the President elect of the European Aligner Society Francesco Garino Private Practice,Torino, Italy. Dr. Francesco Garino is an orthodontist who pioneered aligner orthodontics in Europe. He practices orthodontics in his office located in Torino. He contributed to several clinical trials conducted to develop materials and protocols in aligner orthodontics. He has lectured extensively in Italy and abroad about aligner orthodontics and digital innovations in orthodontics. He is the scientific chairman of the European Aligner Society.
