Aquafil produces synthetic fabric and textile, plastic and fibers for carpeting. It primarily manufactures Nylon 6 fibers and polymers, but also produces Nylon 6,6, Dryarn and XLA. The company produces 130,000 tons of polymers and fibers every year. They have a presence in eight countries on three continents with 16 plants employing more than 2,700 people in Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Germany, the United Kingdom, the United States, Thailand and China.
