The Sinopec Group (China Petrochemical Corporation) is a state-owned oil refining and petrochemical enterprise. It is China’s largest producer and supplier of refined oil products. It is also China’s largest petrochemical producer, second-largest crude oil producer and the world’s fourth-largest ethylene producer. Sinopec was founded in 1998 and is headquartered in Beijing, China. The Group has a registered capital of RMB 231.6 billion.
