2023 was a transformative year for artificial intelligence (AI). The results of the Q4 2023 sentiment polls reflect this, with 78% of respondents believing AI will disrupt their industry, either slightly or significantly. Furthermore, 56% of respondents said that the technology would live up to all its promises. The number of respondents who believe AI to be disruptive will remain high as the world’s leading tech companies roll out generative AI products in 2024.
