The CSIA published the "Analysis of China's Sugar Alcohol Market in 2021, showing that in 2021 China's sugar alcohol production was 1.54 million tonnes, up 12.31% YoY; sorbitol production was 1.14 million tonnes, rising 9.63% YoY.
