Key Highlights
- In Q2 2025, respondents appeared to know and care less about corporate ESG and viewed regulatory compliance as the main reason for implementing ESG action.
- Only 7% of respondents believed that most businesses are fully committed to ESG. However, the share of respondents who think ESG is mere marketing fell to 37% from 50% in the previous quarter.
Scope
- Our sentiment polls ran between April and June 2025 on the analyst's Verdict network of B2B websites, which had 6.7 million user sessions in Q2 2025. In total, 1,426 respondents participated in the survey.
- The survey looked at attitudes towards ESG, the most important theme impacting businesses over the next decade.
