Approaches for Brain Targeting Using Nanoparticulate Systems aims to explore variety of nanoparticulate systems in the enhancement of therapeutic delivery, promotion for effective brain targeting, and reduction in the off-targets. Presenting the latest research, this book offers comprehensive insight into various nanosystems designed to overcome the blood brain barrier. This book presents the latest research on targeting approaches, physicochemical characteristics of nanoparticles, and the role of nanoparticles in enhancing the permeation of therapeutic systems across the blood brain barrier. Readers will also be able to develop a deeper understanding of how nanotherapeutics can revolutionize brain targeting through clinical applications.
