Effective conflict management is an essential leadership skill for pharmaceutical executives operating in complex, highly regulated and cross-functional environments.
This highly practical four-module webinar provides participants with proven strategies, communication techniques and behavioural tools to prevent, manage and resolve workplace conflict.
