Kcentra is a hematological drug used to reverse the effects of vitamin K antagonists (VKAs) such as warfarin. It is a prothrombin complex concentrate (PCC) that contains a combination of clotting factors II, VII, IX, and X. Kcentra is used to treat or prevent serious bleeding episodes in adults with acute major bleeding due to VKAs.
