Tandutinib is an oncology drug used to treat certain types of leukemia. It is a tyrosine kinase inhibitor, meaning it works by blocking the activity of certain enzymes that are involved in the growth and spread of cancer cells. Tandutinib is approved for use in adults with chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) who have already been treated with other drugs, and for adults with Philadelphia chromosome-positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia (Ph+ ALL) who have already been treated with other drugs.
