A menstrual cup is a feminine hygiene product. It is a reusable, bell-shaped device worn inside the vagina during menstruation to collect the menstrual fluid. Unlike a tampon, it retains the natural moisture, which is important for vaginal health. It needs to be emptied every 4-12 hours and can be sterilized and reused.
