Awanish Kumar Associate Professor and Head, Department of Biotechnology, National Institute of Technology Raipur, India. Dr. Awanish Kumar is an Associate Professor of the Department of Biotechnology at the National Institute of Technology, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India. He has more than 13 years of research experience. He received his PhD in molecular parasitology from the CSIR-Central Drug Research Institute, Lucknow, India, and Jawaharlal Nehru University, Delhi, India, and completed his postdoctoral studies at McGill University, Montreal, Canada. His research interests are infection biology, drug targeting, and drug discovery. Banashree Bondhopadhyay Amity University, India. Dr. Banashree Bondhopadhyay is an Assistant Professor at the Centre for Medical Biotechnology, Amity University Uttar Pradesh, Noida, India. She earned her PhD from the University of Burdwan and completed her post-doctoral fellowship at ICMR-NICPR. Her research focuses on molecular oncology, with particular emphasis on breast cancer and hybrid anti-cancer natural products, and her work has appeared in journals including Biosensors and Bioelectronics and Cancers. She has over 17 SCI-indexed publications and is a recipient of the ICMR-DHR Women Scientist Fellowship and the Shri K.N. Narasimhiah Award.
