Isothermal Nucleic Acid Amplification Technology (INAAT) is a molecular diagnostic technique used to detect and quantify nucleic acid sequences. It is a rapid, cost-effective, and highly sensitive method for the detection of infectious agents. INAAT is based on the amplification of nucleic acid sequences using isothermal amplification techniques such as loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) and recombinase polymerase amplification (RPA). These techniques are used to detect and quantify nucleic acid sequences from a variety of sources, including viruses, bacteria, and fungi.
INAAT is used in a variety of clinical applications, including the diagnosis of infectious diseases, the detection of genetic mutations, and the identification of cancer biomarkers. It is also used in food safety testing, environmental monitoring, and forensic analysis. INAAT has become increasingly popular in recent years due to its rapid turnaround time, cost-effectiveness, and high sensitivity.
Some of the major companies in the INAAT market include Abbott, Becton Dickinson, Cepheid, Hologic, Qiagen, Roche, and Thermo Fisher Scientific. Show Less Read more
